Position Overview



We are looking for a

Business Analyst & Learning and Development

to join our team at Gryphon Academy. This role combines

data analytics expertise

with

end-to-end management of training programs

, ensuring both data-driven decision-making and seamless execution of L&D initiatives in collaboration with partner colleges and trainers.

Key Responsibilities



Business Analytics



Manage and analyze business data to generate actionable insights for improving systems and processes. Develop and maintain

Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models

(including DAX). Automate reporting processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and efficiency. Utilize

Google Sheets

(complex formulas, pivot tables, queries, automation scripts) for advanced analytics and reporting. Provide management with

data-driven insights

to support decision-making.

Learning & Development (L&D) Operations



Collaborate with

POCs at partner colleges

to develop and coordinate training schedules aligned with academic calendars and program requirements. Liaise with trainers to ensure

availability, readiness, and effective delivery

of sessions, resolving conflicts or scheduling changes as needed. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including the

Master Training Sheet, Training Calendars, and related documentation

. Facilitate the creation and maintenance of

MOUs with partner colleges

, ensuring alignment on expectations and commitments. Support the Head of Training & Development with

reports, presentations, and updates

for senior management. Act as a

point of contact

for trainers, colleges, and students to address inquiries and provide necessary support. Participate in team meetings, share insights, and contribute to

continuous improvement

of training programs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Proven experience as a

Business Analyst

, preferably in a training/education environment. Advanced proficiency in

Power BI

(DAX, dashboards, data modeling, reports). Strong expertise in

Google Sheets

(advanced formulas, pivot tables, queries, automation). Experience managing

training operations, schedules, and documentation

. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Excellent

communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

. Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple teams.
