Role Purpose: We are looking for a highly motivated fresher with strong analytical thinking and a passion for marketing. As a Business Analyst, you will be trained to collect, analyse, and interpret marketing & sales data (LinkedIn outreach + telecalling) to improve lead generation and campaign performance. Additionally need to perform Extensive and/or Intensive market Aligning with our business service. This is an excellent opportunity to learn and develop marketing analytics, sales process optimization, and business decision-making skills from the ground up. Qualifications: o Eligible for both male and Female Candidate. o Education Qualification: MBA / Engineering Graduates (Preferable) & any Graduates with Strong interest in marketing, analytics, and sales processes. o No prior experience required -- training will be provided. Key Responsibilities (You will be trained on these) o Assist in tracking and analysing LinkedIn outreach and telecalling performance. o Help create simple reports and dashboards to measure campaign results. o Support research on Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and target markets. o Learn how to identify trends and suggest improvements for campaigns. o Maintain accurate records in outreach tools and prospect databases. o Work closely with marketing teams to understand workflows. Competency Attributes: Business Analyst 1. Skills: (Basic level is enough, training will be provided) Core Skills for Business Analyst (Fresher-Friendly) General Analytical & Marketing Skills o Basic social media handling o Ability to research online effectively o Good communication (written & verbal). o Active listening to understand client needs. o Objection handling for initial prospect calls. o Follow-up management. o Ability to follow call scripts and adapt based on conversation o Basic data handling in Excel/Google Sheets. Soft Skills o Attention to detail in data entry & tracking. o Basic market research understanding. o Eagerness to learn marketing strategies o Positive attitude towards learning and feedback. 2. Knowledge: o Good time management and ability to meet outreach targets. o Self-motivation to perform repetitive tasks with consistency. o Team collaboration mindset.
