Conduct independent lead generation through online platforms, directories, social media, and networking.
Initiate conversations and explain Clevero's business strategy and the benefits of participating in the Conclave.
Maintain consistent follow-up with business owners until they successfully register and attend the Conclave.
Coordinate closely with the Business Development Executives (BDEs) to hand over verified attendee details.
Maintain an organized and updated database of all prospective and actual attendees.
Prepare reports and summaries of attendee engagement, communication logs, and feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (in English and regional languages preferred).
Proven ability to handle end-to-end lead sourcing and customer interaction independently.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and CRM tools.
Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented individual.
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in
Business Development, Event Coordination, or Client Engagement.
Understanding of SMB markets and business networking.
Ability to manage multiple leads and maintain consistent communication flow.
