Job Description

We are looking for a motivated

Business Analyst with a strong QA background

who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will analyze business processes, gather and document requirements, and ensure high-quality delivery by leveraging their QA experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements. Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and use cases. Perform gap analysis and impact assessment to recommend process improvements. Design and execute test cases, test plans, and perform system testing to validate business requirements. Act as a liaison between business, development, and QA teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of business goals. Support defect tracking, issue resolution, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions. Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators (KPIs). Prepare and deliver clear, concise reports and presentations to management.

Desired Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. 2 - 4 years of professional experience in Business Analysis and Quality Assurance. Strong understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies. Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management. Proven experience in writing test cases, performing manual testing, and defect reporting. Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Postman, TestRail, or similar. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver within tight deadlines. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
