Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Business Analyst with deep expertise in Supply Chain Management within the Healthcare and Pharmaceutical domain. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and collaboration skills, along with hands-on experience in forecasting, inventory management, data science, and analytics. Exposure to AI-driven solutions will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Drive initiatives in supply chain forecasting, inventory management, and process optimization for the HLS sector. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, developers, and domain experts to design and deliver digital solutions. Perform data analysis and validation to ensure high data quality and actionable insights. Contribute to data science and analytics initiatives to support business decision-making. Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation for improving supply chain efficiency and predictive accuracy. Create detailed documentation, user stories, and workflow diagrams to support solution delivery.

Required Skills & Competencies

Proven experience in business analysis, particularly elicitation and collaboration across diverse teams. Strong domain expertise in Healthcare / Pharmaceutical Supply Chain processes. Proficiency in data analysis, data validation, and visualization tools. Exposure to data science methodologies and analytics-driven decision making. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. Understanding of AI concepts and their application in digital transformation (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Supply Chain, or related field. Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP / CCBA) or Data Analytics is an advantage. * Prior experience in digital transformation projects within the HLS industry.
