Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will engage in a dynamic environment where you will analyze organizational processes and systems. Your typical day will involve assessing the current state of business models, identifying customer requirements, and defining future states or business solutions. You will conduct thorough research, gather relevant information, and synthesize findings to support decision-making and strategic planning. Your role will be pivotal in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions, ensuring that the organization operates efficiently and effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Develop detailed documentation of business processes and system requirements to ensure clarity and alignment. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and monitor their effectiveness. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Icertis Contract Intelligence ICI Platform Functional. - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Experience with process mapping and documentation techniques. - Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. - Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Icertis Contract Intelligence ICI Platform Functional. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
