Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather and synthesize information, identifying customer requirements, and defining future states or business solutions. You will assess the current state of operations and work towards enhancing efficiency and effectiveness through strategic recommendations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - 2- 4 years of experience in securing cloud-native architectures and emerging agentic systems (e.g., LLM agents, multi-agent workflows) Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Security Compliance Management. - Strong understanding of risk assessment and management frameworks. - Experience with regulatory compliance standards and best practices. - Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights. - Familiarity with process mapping and modeling tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Security Compliance Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
