You will conduct thorough research, gather relevant information, and synthesize findings to support decision-making and strategic planning. Your role will be pivotal in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions, ensuring that the organization is well-positioned for future growth and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Develop detailed documentation to support project initiatives and ensure clarity in communication. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM On Premise ABAP. - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Experience with process mapping and modeling techniques. - Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Familiarity with project management methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP HCM On Premise ABAP. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
