Qualification:

Graduate/PG (BE / B Tech/ MBA/ B.Stat from a Premier Institute)

Experience:

2 years in content moderation minimum and overall experience more than 5 years

Experience Breakup:

Preferably Trust & Safety/ Content Moderation experience

Essential Hiring Skills:

Accuracy & Attention to Detail: Strong track record of high accuracy.


Analytical Prowess: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and conduct thorough root cause analysis.


Technical Proficiency: Expertise in data analysis tools and techniques.


Six Sigma & Lean Knowledge: Understanding and application of Six Sigma and Lean principles.


Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication.


Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and drive improvements.


Collaboration: Experience with cross-functional teams and external vendors.


Proactive Approach: Proactive in identifying areas for improvement.

Trainable Skills:

Review and conduct audits on client content moderation tools

Responsibilities:

The candidate will be responsible for conducting audits of the reviews don't by the agents, qa, FTE or the machine.


Conduct RCCA, Corrective and preventive actions for the errors, Conduct training slides, give coaching and feedback.


Identify opportunities for improving tools and processes
