Role Overview:

Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Mid-Level Business Analyst to join our mobile application development team. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between clients and internal teams - understanding business needs, defining clear requirements, and ensuring solutions align with strategic goals. This role demands strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, Agile development environment.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business needs, gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into clear, actionable documentation - including functional specifications, user stories, wireframes, and process flows.

Client Communication & Relationship Management: Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring transparent, timely, and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Manage client expectations, clarify requirements, and provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and resolutions.

Solution Design Support: Work closely with UX/UI designers, developers, and QA teams to define feasible, value-driven solutions aligned with client objectives and best practices in mobile application development.

Issue Analysis & Resolution: Analyze user-reported issues, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with technical teams to define effective solutions. Review support tickets, perform data analysis, and ensure prompt and accurate problem resolution.

Quality Assurance & Validation: Participate in testing and validation activities to ensure deliverables meet specified business and functional requirements. Review test cases, validate results, and contribute to continuous quality improvement.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate discussions and workshops with business and technical stakeholders to align on project goals, requirements, and priorities. Ensure smooth communication and handover across all stages of the project.

Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business requirement documents, analytical reports, and process flows. Ensure all documentation supports traceability and adheres to organizational and client standards.

Continuous Improvement & Professional Growth: Actively contribute to team initiatives, share knowledge, and continuously expand understanding of business processes, technology solutions, and mobile application development trends.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
