Summary: As a Business Analyst in Payments Fundamentals, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Your typical day will involve researching, gathering and synthesizing information, assessing current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining the future state and/or business solution. Roles & Responsibilities: - Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. - Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. - Research, gather and synthesize information. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements. - Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and test plans. - Assist QA team for creation and review of testware. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong understanding of Payments Fundamentals, crossborder and SEPA instant payments. Knowledge of Accounting solutions in banking domain. - Good To Have Skills: Business Requirements Analysis. - Experience in analyzing and designing processes and systems. - Strong collaboration and communication skills. - Experience in developing and maintaining project documentation. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Payments Fundamentals. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in Business Process Architecture, Business & Technology Integration, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
