Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will engage in a dynamic environment where you will analyze organizational processes and systems. Your typical day will involve assessing the current state of business models, identifying customer requirements, and defining future states or business solutions. You will conduct thorough research, gather relevant information, and synthesize findings to support decision-making and strategic planning. Collaboration with various stakeholders will be essential as you work to align business needs with technological capabilities, ensuring that solutions are both effective and efficient. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions. - Develop detailed documentation to support project deliverables and ensure clarity among stakeholders. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Experience with process mapping and documentation techniques. - Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
