Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing business processes, designing system solutions, and aligning technology with strategic goals. You will collaborate with stakeholders across teams to gather requirements, assess current operations, and define future-state solutions that support the transformation towards the legacy CRM to new CRM platform.Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve interpreting business needs, translating them into functional and technical specifications, and ensuring seamless integration between business processes and technology platforms. Roles & Responsibilities: -Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in business analysis and CRM transformation. -Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive performance and decision-making. -Own team-level decisions and contribute to strategic discussions across multiple teams. -Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and feedback. -Develop and maintain documentation for business processes, functional designs, and system specifications. -Serve as the liaison between functional teams and technical delivery experts (TDEs), ensuring accurate interpretation and implementation of functional designs. -Design and validate functional solutions that enhance business processes and support CRM operations. -Collaborate with Product Owners (POs) and stakeholders to prioritize solutions and manage expectations. -Translate functional requirements into actionable technical solutions. -Define acceptance criteria for user stories and support testing teams with boundary test cases. -Assist in data transformation activities, including creation and updates of required datasets. -Ensure functional solutions align with business strategies and address identified challenges. -Participate in validation sessions to confirm solution alignment with contractual specifications. -Conduct business model and process analysis to identify optimization opportunities. -Translate customer requirements into specifications for technology solutions. -Conduct industry research and trend analysis to inform solution design. -Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations. -Identify and mitigate risks that may impact project delivery. -Create and review data quality reports with business teams. Professional & Technical Skills: -Proficiency in Salesforce, Data migration, Integration, and Life Sciences projects. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -Experience in business process modeling and documentation. -Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. -Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. Additional Information: - Total 12 years of work experience with Minimum 5 years in Salesforce Lightning Web Components and Salesforce Development. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - 15 years full time education is required.
