Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will engage in a dynamic environment where you will analyze an organization and design its processes and systems. Your typical day will involve assessing the business model and its integration with technology, while also identifying customer requirements and defining future states or business solutions. You will conduct research, gather information, and synthesize findings to support decision-making and strategic planning. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions. - Develop comprehensive documentation to support project initiatives and stakeholder communication. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Wealth Management Advisory Solutions. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Business Requirements Analysis. - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. - Experience in creating process maps and workflow diagrams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Wealth Management Advisory Solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
