Description & Requirements

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Supply Chain Product team who is very analytical and meticulous.Assisting in the creation and optimization of products that promote efficiency, visibility, and innovation throughout global supply chain operations, you will assist close the gap between business needs and technological solutions.


A Day in The Life Typically Includes: Requirements Gathering & Analysis:*
+ Collaborate with stakeholders across product, engineering, operations, and customer teams to gather and document business requirements.
+ Translate business needs into clear, actionable product features and user stories.
Product Development Support:*
+ Work closely with Product Managers to define and prioritize the product roadmap.
+ Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
Data Analysis & Insights:*
+ Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
+ Develop dashboards and reports to support decision-making and performance tracking.
Process Optimization:*
+ Map current supply chain processes and identify areas for automation or enhancement.
+ Recommend solutions that align with business goals and improve operational efficiency.
Stakeholder Communication:*
+ Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units.
+ Present findings, recommendations, and product updates to cross-functional teams and leadership.



Basic Qualifications:
o Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
o 3-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a product-based or supply chain-focused company.
o Strong understanding of supply chain processes (e.g., procurement, logistics, inventory management).
o Proficiency in tools like SQL, Excel, Tableau/Power BI, JIRA, Confluence.
o Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
o Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
