Adept at working with cross-functional teams, simplifying complexity, and driving adoption of next-gen learning ecosystems. Roles & Responsibilities: o Client Business Analysis: Engage with clients to understand business needs, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable insights, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations. o Sample Data Setup for Demos: Prepare, clean, and transform datasets to create compelling demo environments, enabling smooth client presentations and proof-of-concept showcases. o Client Demo Support: Actively participate in client-facing demos, presenting dashboards, workflows, and analytical outcomes with clarity and impact. o Data-Driven Insights: Analyze large datasets (Python, SQL, PySpark) to identify trends, build predictive models, and provide recommendations that influence business decision-making. o Dashboard Development: Create intuitive visualizations (Tableau, Superset, Excel) to communicate insights to business and technical stakeholders. o Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with HR, IT, and business teams to streamline reporting pipelines, optimize workflows, and support organizational initiatives. o Documentation & Compliance: Develop process documentation, ensure tracking of dashboards and workflows, and support compliance-driven initiatives. o Continuous Improvement: Identify gaps, propose enhancements, and ensure BA practices evolve with client, industry, and technology trends. Professional & Technical Skills: o SQL for querying and preparing data o Python (pandas, basic ML models) o Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, reporting) o Dashboarding (Tableau / Power BI) o Strong analytical & documentation skills o Exposure to cloud platforms (GCP / AWS / Azure) o Familiarity with AI/ML/Gen AI concepts o Understanding of HR / learning analytics Additional Information: o Strong communication and presentation skills - able to explain data and dashboards in a simple, client-friendly way. o Detail-oriented with a structured approach to documentation, requirements, and process tracking. o Team player who collaborates well with cross-functional groups (HR, IT, business stakeholders). o Problem-solver with curiosity to explore data and spot insights that add value. o Adaptable and quick learner, comfortable with evolving tools, methods, and client expectations. o Ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel with accountability and reliability. o Demonstrated self-learning capabilities, with eagerness to pick up new tools, technologies, and business concepts proactively. o This position is based at our Bengaluru office. o Bachelor's or higher in business analytics, engineering, or business discipline o A 15 years full time education is required.
