Roles & Responsibilities: o Client Business Analysis: Engage with clients to understand business needs, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable insights, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations. o Sample Data Setup for Demos: Prepare, clean, and transform datasets to create compelling demo environments, enabling smooth client presentations and proof-of-concept showcases. o Client Demo Support: Actively participate in client-facing demos, presenting dashboards, workflows, and analytical outcomes with clarity and impact. o Data-Driven Insights: Analyze large datasets (Python, SQL, PySpark) to identify trends, build predictive models, and provide recommendations that influence business decision-making. o Dashboard Development: Create intuitive visualizations (Tableau, Superset, Excel) to communicate insights to business and technical stakeholders. o Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with HR, IT, and business teams to streamline reporting pipelines, optimize workflows, and support organizational initiatives. o Documentation & Compliance: Develop process documentation, ensure tracking of dashboards and workflows, and support compliance-driven initiatives. o Continuous Improvement: Identify gaps, propose enhancements, and ensure BA practices evolve with client, industry, and technology trends.
