Overview

We are seeking an experienced

Business Analyst (BA)

to support our

commercial lending technology modernization initiatives

. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of

commercial and B2B lending processes, loan origination and servicing systems, credit risk practices, and regulatory compliance requirements

. Familiarity with lending structures such as

term loans, revolving credit facilities, syndicated loans, asset-based lending, commercial real estate financing, international commercial lending practices

, and exposure to

document generation and eSignature solutions

will be considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

------------------------


Analyze complex

commercial lending scenarios

and propose effective business and technology solutions. Gather and document

business requirements, workflow diagrams, user stories, and acceptance criteria

. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of requirements with business needs. Ensure compliance with

lending regulations, risk management frameworks, and industry standards

. Act as a liaison between business teams, technology teams, and external vendors. Support Agile delivery by participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and validation sessions. Contribute to project success using

collaboration and project management tools

such as Jira and Azure DevOps. Adapt quickly to evolving project requirements and shifting priorities.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience:

Proven track record as a

Business Analyst

in the

commercial or B2B lending domain

. Experience with

loan origination, servicing systems, and credit risk assessment practices

.

Technical & Business Expertise:

Strong knowledge of

commercial lending structures

(term loans, revolving credit, syndicated loans, asset-based lending, CRE financing, international lending). Understanding of

document generation systems

and

eSignature platforms

. Experienced in

Agile methodologies

with proficiency in Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.

Excellent

analytical and problem-solving skills

. Strong proficiency in

requirement documentation and workflow design

. Effective

stakeholder management

and communication skills. Ability to thrive in
