to bring maturity to their existing project management approach. Working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders to ensure that requirements are accurately captured, validated and well understood, aligning these to business goals,
enabling the business strategy and long-term plans

What you'll do
Experience of working in a large company with cross-functional and cross-country teams
Experience of upholding established Business Analyst best practices
Professional certification in Business Analyst Frameworks
Deep understanding of Portfolio of projects and / or Test Programmes, or large projects, taking ownership of ensuring end to end delivery of projects under the portfolio
Highly motivated and focussed individual with an organised and systematic approach.
Minimum of 2 years of experience within an analyst role, successfully completing small to medium projects.
Ability to design business processes, perform requirements analysis and run requirements workshops.
Aggregate and normalise information across multiple sources, processes, and systems.
Excellent interpersonal skills, being able to communicate effectively at all levels within the organisation and quickly build good working relationships.
Analytical approach to problem solving.
Write high quality requirement documents, use cases and produce clear process flow documents.
Analysing and delivering engagement requests, for a core business systems / process
Capability to drive and influence others in both IS and the business to deliver information to schedule.
Experience of using different frameworks and processes e.g. Agile, BPMN, Waterfall etc.
Cultivate critical thinking and foster a sense of curiosity
Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
Adaptable and ability to remain calm under pressure
An active listener with a success orientated mindset
What you'll need
Collecting and validating both high-level and low-level requirements through effective root cause analysis and the examination of processes, workflows, and gaps.
Developing user cases and user stories.
Aggregating and normalising information from multiple sources, processes, and systems.
Authoring and maintaining superior quality requirement documents, use cases, and generating clear process flow documents in standardised formats.
Working collaboratively with internal and external teams to validate and rationalize requirements, review options, obtain relevant approvals, and transfer requirement specifications seamlessly.
Establishing and nurturing close working relationships with stakeholders to comprehend their requirements and challenges. Facilitating stakeholder interviews and workshops, fostering team collaboration, and sharing knowledge and best practices.
Aligning with departmental and business objectives, identifying risks and opportunities, offering advisory support based on thorough analysis, and promoting best practices within the organisation.
Managing customer expectations through timely delivery and effective communication.
Encouraging a culture of continuous improvement via critical thinking and problem-solving.
Supporting coherence in cross-functional teams to interpret and translate complex data into simplified and comprehensible requirements.
