Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented

Business Analyst

with 1-2 years of experience in analyzing and documenting requirements for

web development, mobile apps, e-commerce platforms

, and

custom software solutions

. The ideal candidate should be able to bridge the gap between clients and the development team, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Interact with clients to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements. Translate client needs into clear project specifications (BRD, SRS, wireframes, user stories). Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, and testers to ensure requirement alignment. Support project managers in scope definition, timeline planning, and progress tracking. Conduct competitive analysis and research to guide feature design and user flow. Assist in creating user journey maps, workflows, and wireframes for web/mobile apps. Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and client demos. Maintain documentation and change logs throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1-2 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst in web/app development, custom applications, or e-commerce projects. Understanding of SDLC (Agile/Scrum or Waterfall models). Good knowledge of web and mobile technologies, e-commerce platforms, and digital products. Excellent communication and presentation skills - both written and verbal. Proficient in creating documentation: BRD, SRS, flow diagrams, and wireframes. Familiarity with tools like Figma, Jira, Trello, Draw.io, or similar.

Good to Have

Exposure to SEO and digital marketing metrics. Basic understanding of database design, API integrations, and system architecture. Experience working with UI/UX teams and wireframing tools. Previous experience in client-facing roles or requirement workshops.
