We are seeking a data-savvy and creatively inclined Business Analyst to lead CoE
reporting and data visualization initiatives. This role combines data management and
storytelling, requiring hands-on expertise in working with Snowflake, creating insightful
dashboards using tools like Tableau, Looker Studio, or Power BI, and designing
compelling executive presentations and communication creatives. The ideal candidate
has strong analytical capabilities along with a creative mindset to present data in
impactful ways that drive strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full lifecycle of CoE reporting - from data extraction and cleansing to
visualization and storytelling.
Work with data from Snowflake and other sources to prepare clean, accurate datasets
for analysis and reporting.
Build intuitive and visually compelling dashboards and reports using Tableau, Looker
Studio, or Power BI.
Create executive-level presentations and communication visuals that translate data
into actionable insights and strategic narratives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and ensure
alignment with business goals.
Administer and optimize the Snowflake environment, including performance tuning and
data integrity checks.
Combine data from multiple sources, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and context
before publishing.
Maintain proper documentation, version control, and governance around data assets
and reports.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or
a related field.
3-4 years of experience in business analysis, reporting, and data visualization.
Proficient in SQL and working with Snowflake or similar cloud-based data platforms.
Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio.
Demonstrated ability to create clean, engaging, and informative visual designs and
presentation content.
Skilled in data cleansing, data blending, and transforming unstructured data into
usable formats.
Strong attention to detail, creative thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence through visual storytelling.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a Center of Excellence, shared services, or analytics team within a
corporate environment.
Familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite for creating visual
assets (a plus).
Basic knowledge of scripting or automation using Python or similar tools (nice to
have).
