Business Analyst

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's/master's degree in Textile Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields. 3 to 5 years of experience in ERP implementation within the textile industry. Strong knowledge of textile manufacturing processes, supply chain, and production workflows. Hands-on experience with ERP systems like SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, ITexClouds, or similar platforms. Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, or equivalent). Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Willingness to travel extensively for on-site implementations and client interactions. Knowledge of cloud-based ERP solutions and industry-specific regulatory requirements is a plus. ###

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee ERP implementation projects within the textile industry. Gather and analyze business requirements, aligning ERP functionalities with industry-specific needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, UX/UI designers, and business analysts to enhance ERP solutions. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure smooth execution. Provide training and support to stakeholders for effective ERP adoption. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to improve product offerings. Act as a liaison between internal teams and external clients to ensure successful product rollout. Drive product innovation by identifying pain points and suggesting improvements. Develop documentation, reports, and presentations for senior management and clients. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. ###
