Understand the Business Requirements Prioritization / Challenge priority Break down Stories. Help finding useful UI/BE concepts. Own the backlog with the PO / Work with PO Embed + champion activities of a high performing team Push back on PO when needed. Represent Business + User Value User journey + process building Scope management Stakeholder alignment / management Co-write Acceptance Criteria Change management. Analyze requirements. Engage with clients. Understand the process. Create business value information radiators. Meet INVEST criteria

Accountabilities

UI design Communicate Business Value to the team. Manage dependencies. Facilitate sessions. Understand the domain. Write stories / Turn ideas into valuable stories. Interface between the team and the Business Department Work out the high-level business solution.

Soft Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Experience in Customer facing projects

Highly preferred skills:

Results driven with good interpersonal and communication skills Hands-on experiences as Business Analyst for small or medium sized organizations High degree of independence with collaboration ability (Work as individual contributor and as team player) Good customer orientation with focus on providing solutions International experience by work and/or study
