About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and client-focused
Business Analyst
to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements, prepare detailed documentation, support the sales cycle, and ensure smooth delivery of web, mobile, and gaming application projects. This role requires strong communication, technical understanding, and project coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities1. Pre-Sales Responsibilities
Engage with potential clients to understand business needs and project requirements.
Prepare proposals, SRS, BRD, user stories, and functional documentation.
Conduct requirement-gathering sessions, demos, and product presentations.
Collaborate with the sales team to create project estimates, timelines, and solutions.
Assist in RFP/RFI responses and client onboarding documentation.
2. Post-Sales Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the delivery team.
Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery aligned with client expectations.
Conduct UAT, gather feedback, and ensure final project acceptance.
Maintain continuous communication with clients to manage expectations and resolve issues.
Technical & Domain Expertise
Strong understanding of
Web Development
,
Mobile Application Development
, and
Gaming Application Development
workflows.
Proficiency in tools like Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Figma, and MS Office Suite.
Ability to create wireframes, workflows, and technical documentation.
Basic understanding of front-end/back-end technologies, APIs, and SDLC models.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science/Business Administration or related field.
2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the
IT Services industry
.
Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in
pre-sales
and
post-sales
client management is mandatory.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹12,681.35 - ₹70,000.00 per month
