Retail / Ecom IT


a. Conceptualize and define Simple and Best in breed solutions for Point of Sales, Assortment methods, Planogramming, Retail store planning, Customer Experience initiatives (Loyalty, Customer engagement etc) along with Sales teams.
b. Technology management and vendor management of Ecommerce Platform

Program Management and Engagement


a. Works with Core Team Member from Business to gather the business requirements and the expected outcome.
b. Coordinating with Development team (Internal as well as Vendor team) and getting tasks completed on time.
c. Works with and alongside Sales team for UAT, Pilots and Go Lives for achieving business goals.
d. Responsible for facilitating resolution of issues and roadblocks.
e. Regular Engagements with Leadership for updates on initiatives

IT Service Management


a. Manage IT demands and deliver as per Prioritization.
b. Drive the compliance of SLAs and make strategies to overcome non-compliance

Specialized Knowledge


Experience in Retail Systems (POS, Retail Planograming, Customer Experience and Assortment Planning implementation.
Excellent hands own skills of setting up and governing Ecommerce Platforms
Experience in IT service management
Experience in vendor management
Sql working knowledge.
Dot Net experience would be an added advantage.
4-5 years of IT business partnering experience
Experience in integration across various systems and putting robust controls & monitoring to prevent leakage.
Good business process understanding in FMCG/Apparel industry
