: Business Analyst (1-2 Years Experience)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an analytical, detail-oriented

Business Analyst

with 1-2 years of experience to support our business operations, gather requirements, analyze data, and contribute to process improvements. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills, communicates effectively with cross-functional teams, and is eager to grow in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders. Assist in developing functional specifications and process documentation. Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Support the design and implementation of business processes and system enhancements. Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure alignment on project goals. Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards to communicate findings. Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate solutions against requirements. Monitor and track project progress, risks, and dependencies. Provide operational and analytical support as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Economics, Computer Science, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus. Understanding of process mapping and requirement-gathering techniques. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana, etc.). Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
