Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive, analytical, and insight-driven Business Analyst to drive requirement intelligence, product clarity, and operational excellence at LiaPlus AI, India's foremost Voice AI company for banks, insurers, and enterprises. In this role, you will translate business needs into precise documentation, analyze workflows and performance data, and ensure seamless alignment between product, tech, and client teams. You'll be responsible for BRDs/PRDs, process mapping, data-backed insights, and supporting the delivery of AI-powered solutions at scale, ensuring that LiaPlus AI's product implementations remain efficient, compliant, and enterprise-ready.
Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering: Collect, analyze, and convert business needs into clear BRDs, PRDs, and user stories.

• Client Alignment: Conduct requirement discussions and ensure alignment between client expectations and product capabilities.

• Cross-Team Coordination: Collaborate with product, engineering, AI, and operations teams for smooth project execution.

• UAT & Validation: Lead UAT, perform gap analysis, and ensure flawless delivery of Voice AI implementations.

Requirements
Requirements

• Education: B.A. Economics, B.Tech, M.Tech, or MBA from Tier 1 colleges in relevant fields.

• Analytical Tools: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; basic SQL or BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) preferred.

• Communication & Stakeholder Skills: Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management ability.

• Work Mindset: Proactive, structured, detail-oriented, and committed to quality problem solving.
