: Job Summary: We are seeking a Business Analyst with healthcare industry expertise to support our new project. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare operations, compliance requirements, and industry-specific challenges. Additionally, experience with Jira, Spotfire reporting, and PLSQL will be highly beneficial in analyzing data and driving project success. Key Responsibilities: Conduct business analysis with a focus on healthcare processes and regulations. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document project needs. Develop comprehensive business process models and workflows. Translate healthcare business needs into technical specifications. Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulatory requirements. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and implementation strategies. Utilize Jira for tracking project tasks, issues, and workflow management. Generate insightful Spotfire reports for data visualization and analysis. Apply PLSQL knowledge for querying and managing healthcare databases. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field. 4-6 years of experience in business analysis within the healthcare sector. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of healthcare policies, regulations, and compliance frameworks. Proficiency in Jira, PLSQL & Spotfire are plus
