Essential Job Functions:

• Responsible for the planning, development and implementation of technology and process-based solutions. In partnership with business leaders, clients and vendors, BA's identify business needs, define process requirements and systems specifications, and implement the solutions. Plays an important role in day-to-day administrative support.
• Assists in writing business requirements and function specifications for new systems and recording modifications to existing systems.
• Helps research and perform fact finding for business and client needs.
• Gathers problem support documentation of results and escalates to appropriate person / team.
• Provides assistance to senior staff performing requirement gathering interviews with clients and users.
• Assists in processing, preparing, and updating status reports and task planning activities.
• Helps develop recommendations to Change Management processes.
• Assists in researching and resolving open functional design questions.
• Helps senior staff perform requirement gatherings interviews with clients/users with the support from more senior team members.
• Helps prepare/update status reports and task planning activities.
• Follow Change Management process for enhancements; Acts as a point of contact for recipients of the Functional Design document.
• Researches and solves open functional design questions.

Qualifications:

• Experience : 5+ years relevant
• Mandatory skills : Insurance Domain Knowledge
• Knowledge of working in Agile environment.
