Key Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business requirements; prepare
BRD & FSD
Coordinate with stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors
Drive
UAT
, change requests, and
SDLC activities
Identify process gaps and suggest improvements using
Agile/Waterfall
Perform data analysis, customer journey
mapping, and reporting
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of
insurance products & regulations
Proficient in
MS Office, JIRA, Visio; understanding of HTML/CSS/JS is a plus
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with platforms like
Life Asia, Premia, InsureMO, TCS BaNCS, Symbiosys,
etc.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or Finance
Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or PMP preferred
Fluent in English and Swahili
