What you'll do

As an (Senior) Business Analyst in Regnology, you will be part of our

international Research & Development Team,

and you'll work within our

agile development cycle

in the RegTech area during on enhancing and re-launching our product called

"Regnology Transactions".

Your key accountabilities are:

Support the end-to-end migration of legacy databases to a new platform, ensuring data integrity, security, and optimal performance. Define and execute test cases, create test data and test suites to validate functionality and regulatory compliance. Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on existing and future system functionalities. Analyze and refine requirements, design changes using pseudo-code, and provide guidance to developers. Continuously identify opportunities for improvement and propose enhancements to optimize compliance processes and system efficiency. Collaborate closely with Developers, Product Owner, and other teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and correctly implemented. Handle customer inquiries via hotline and ticketing system, delivering timely and accurate responses. Participate in workshops, presentations, and webinars to stay informed about market trends and customer needs.

3-5 years of experience

as a Business Analyst in the financial sector; knowledge of

derivative financial instruments

transaction-based regulatory reporting

is a plus. Strong

analytical and problem-solving skills

with the ability to tackle complex topics. Expertise in

Quality Assurance

, including creating, executing

test cases

, designing

test data

and

test suites

for functional and compliance validation. Understanding of

relational data models

and basic

SQL

knowledge. Familiarity with

Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

and

Agile methodologies

. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on

accuracy and compliance

. Ability to identify gaps and propose

process improvements

through critical thinking. Collaborative mindset with a sense of

responsibility and trustworthiness

. Fluency in

English
