Summary: The Field Medical Business Analyst I role is an individual contributor role that focuses on measuring and analyzing key performance indicators and generating insights for the global Field Medical teams. He/She must be able to collect, analyze and present data to facilitate strategic decision-making across the Field Medical organization. The Field Medical Business Analyst should collaborate with the broader Field Medical Analytics, cross functional BI&A teams and Field Medical stakeholders to enhance Field Medical execution and contribute to successful product launches.

Roles & Responsibilities-

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and goals to develop analytical frameworks\xe2\x80\x8b

Define and develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business initiatives\xe2\x80\x8b

Meet with cross-functional teams to gather and consolidate relevant data from various sources\xe2\x80\x8b

Analyze Field Medical data to identify trends, patterns, and key insights surrounding Field Medical execution and product launches\xe2\x80\x8b

Design and develop comprehensive dashboards and reports that provide actionable information for Launches, Field Medical Initiatives & Quarterly Business Reviews\xe2\x80\x8b

Translate data-driven insights into actionable recommendations and opportunities for improving business performance\xe2\x80\x8b

Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data through thorough quality assurance processes\xe2\x80\x8b

Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in data analysis, tools and insights generation

Exp-

We welcome candidates with a wide range of degrees & background, though sustained success with a significant volume of analytic & quantitative coursework is required. Successful applicants have a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Engineering, Operations Research, Management Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics or similar.\xe2\x80\x8b

Proven experience of 3-5 years in data analysis and reporting, pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus\xe2\x80\x8b

Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, SQL, or others\xe2\x80\x8b

Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlikview, Power BI) and advanced MS Excel skills\xe2\x80\x8b

Proficiency in MS Office tools (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneNote, SharePoint)\xe2\x80\x8b

Excellent communication skills to effectively present and explain visualizations to diverse audiences
