Role Overview




The Analyst, Oracle Cloud Transformation (Procure-to-Pay) will support in shaping the next generation of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) capabilities across American Express. This role supports the end-to-end design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle Fusion Cloud modules -- including Procurement, Supplier Management, Tax, Invoicing, and Disbursement -- within the Global Supply Management (GSM) Sub-ledger Transformation Program.

Key Responsibilities



Actively support the Program manager in the Oracle Cloud Transformation program, owning end-to-end delivery of the GSM Sub-ledger and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) capabilities -- including Accounts Payable, Procurement, Supplier, Tax, Disbursements, and accounting modules. Participate in process optimization by leveraging Oracle Cloud capabilities.

Solution Delivery Support



Support the end-to-end delivery of assigned Oracle Fusion Cloud modules -- from requirements gathering through testing, deployment, and stabilization. Support the design and documentation of process flows, configuration specs, and test scenarios, ensuring adherence to Amex global standards and control framework Maintain high-quality documentation to support audit readiness, operational continuity, and future enhancements.

Governance & Program Execution



Represent assigned modules in governance forums and daily scrums; proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure consistent configuration management across UAT, and Production environments.

Cross-Functional Collaboration



Collaborate with Data and Integration teams to validate interface requirements and testing outcomes. Partner with Oracle and Engineering teams to align configuration standards with platform architecture and product best practices.

Qualifications & Experience



Bachelor's degree in

finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline

(MBA or advanced degree preferred). Minimum

5 years of experience

in

Procure-to-Pay transformation and ERP implementations

, with hands-on delivery of Oracle Cloud or Oracle EBS solutions. Proven expertise across

Procurement, Payables, Supplier, and Tax

modules -- including configuration, integration, and testing activities. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead in a matrixed, global environment.
