About the department

Digital, Data & IT India is a team of 700+ highly skilled IT professionals located in Global Business Services (GBS) Bangalore. The main role of DD&IT India is to \'manage\' IT, which includes System Management, Project Management, Infrastructure Management, Compliance Management, Security Management, Process Management and Vendor Management. Cross IT department is an integral part of the DD&IT and is responsible for managing development, support and maintenance processes for Analytics, Integration, Data management and Automation solutions for all Regions in Novo Nordisk.

The position

As Business Analyst, you will be entitled for below activities.

  • Supporting system managers on daily operations and on-boarding new areas into the platform.
  • Responsible to manage testing operations for GxP based platform for audit activity.
  • Interacting with stakeholders to understand their expectations and work around it to meet them.
  • Collaborate with the external vendors to ensure their deliverables are of high quality and done in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring compliance with quality following process and documentation as key part of the role.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor or similar graduate degree field in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration combined with additional relevant IT and business experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in GxP based Industry with relevant 2years in testing.
  • Should have work experience in TIMS or Leapwork as testing tool.
  • Capability to represent NN relations with external stakeholders.
  • Good communication skills written and oral in English.
  • High cultural sensitivity and comfortable working with different countries and cultures across multiple time-zones.
  • ITIL foundation or intermediate level certification is preferred.
  • Able to innovate within framework to help team and the system.
