: Position Summary: The Senior Business Analyst will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring analytics projects align with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: - Gather and analyze business requirements for data projects. - Collaborate with data analysts and stakeholders to deliver actionable insights. - Create detailed documentation, including requirements, workflows, and process maps. - Identify areas for process improvement and recommend data-driven solutions. - Act as a mentor to junior business analysts. - Lead requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs. - Analyze complex business problems and identify opportunities for process optimization. - Create detailed documentation including use cases, process flows, and functional specifications. - Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units. - Develop and present business cases for data-driven projects. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a data-driven environment. - Strong skills in process mapping, documentation, and stakeholder management. - Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). - Excellent analytical and communication skills.
