What You\'ll Be Doing: This position provides: An excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to dive into the length and breadth of Workday HCM configurations & integrations. A ring-side view and opportunity to participate in initiatives that would shape how we operate as a company in the future. This role calls for excellent problem-solving abilities, the ability to visualize business scenarios, and a deep understanding of HR business functions. The role would require strong written and verbal English communication skills. The role would also involve overlapping hours in the EST time zone. Essential Functions/ Responsibilities: Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deploy high-quality solutions in an Agile framework. Understand system pain points, determine root causes, and develop solutions in Workday to address short-term and long-term requirements. Manage and provide application integration support to include requirements, design, development, testing, conversion, migration, and maintenance of assigned integrations associated with Workday and other systems within SLAs. Independently manage the design and development of deliverables. Help identify and manage dependencies and downstream impacts of projects to minimize adverse effects on the system and business processes. Provide end-user support, including root cause analysis and resolution through the ticketing system; create/maintain training and other documentation. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements and design documents, test logs for requested changes & enhancements. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and security standards and adherence to change management policies related to implementation, changes, and updates. Identify opportunities for system optimization and enhancements to align with evolving business needs. Stay abreast of Workday\'s latest features, updates, and roadmap, and assess their impact on functional design, integration strategies, and solutions. Qualifications/Experience Required: Bachelor\'s degree with 3+ years\' experience in an HR ERP system development role (Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, etc.) troubleshooting and resolving environment issues for enterprise software applications. 3 years of experience in Workday HCM. Experience using Workday integration tools and technologies to manage and provide application integration support, including requirements, design, development, testing, conversion, migration, and maintenance of integrations. Understanding of HR processes, procedures, and best practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to architect and design scalable and robust integration solutions. Knowledge of configuring and maintaining Workday modules. Knowledge of custom Workday reports and calculated fields, including BIRT reports. Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, good judgment, mature and positive attitude. Ability to exercise discretion with highly confidential information. Attend to detail with accuracy. Willingness to work until 2 pm EST /11:30 pm IST Mandatory Requirements: We require that all employees have the following technical capability at their home: High speed internet over 10 Mbps, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router. These at-home technical requirements are subject to change with any scheduled re-opening of our office locations.
