Candidate with 5 to 7 years of experience playing BA roles Experience of playing BA role interacting with customers for gathering requirements and documenting requirements for HCM / HR application implementation programs Good experience on HR Processes and HR systems like Workday, Fieldglass, SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, etca big plus Good Knowledge of HR Domain / processes Ready to operate from Bellandur location of MSAS in Bengaluru/ Bangalore in Hybrid Model Primary Skills Experience as Business Analyst in HR domain is a must Documenting requirements for HCM / HR application implementation programs Secondary Skills Willingness to do UAT / prior experience of doing UAT
