Business Analyst (Only immediate joiners)

Requisites:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2. 5 to 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with hands-on experience in system architecture/design.

Experience in Business requirements document & Functional requirements document is highly preferred.

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

Proficient in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Lucid chart/Draw.io, and wireframing tools like Figma/Balsamiq.

Knowledge of database structures, APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client-facing discussions and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze business, functional, and technical requirements from stakeholders.

Translate business requirements into detailed system architecture and design documents.

Design logical, scalable, and secure architectures for web and mobile applications.

Collaborate with development and UI/UX teams to ensure architecture aligns with functional goals.

Create wireframes, workflows, data flow diagrams, and system integration maps.

Bridge the gap between business and technology teams, ensuring shared understanding.

Oversee system specifications, API documentation, and integration planning.

Support QA and development teams during implementation and post-deployment validation.

Recommend technical improvements and system enhancements.
