Description
As a Technical Business Analyst, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will work closely with clients, architects, and development teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements, ensuring that business objectives are effectively translated into system functionalities. This role requires a strong understanding of software systems, SaaS models, and technical documentation, along with excellent analytical and communication skills.
Responsibilities
You will be working as a Technical Business Analyst in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and seamless execution of project requirements. You would be required to participate in requirement gathering sessions, technical discussions, and client presentations.
Your key Responsibilities will include:
Conducting detailed requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation for client projects.
Performing feasibility analysis by studying third-party APIs, their parameters, endpoints, and integration capabilities.
Defining application architecture, including frontend, backend, database, and server components.
Translating business needs into functional and technical specifications, ensuring alignment between clients and development teams.
Preparing and maintaining project documentation such as DFDs, ERDs, Class Diagrams, User Flowcharts, State Diagrams, FRDs, SRS, WBS, Wireframes, and SOWs.
Working with project teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented as per client expectations.
Preparing and delivering presentations and demonstrations to clients.
Collaborating with QA and development teams during requirement validation and UAT phases.
Continuously analyzing processes to recommend improvements for efficiency and scalability.
