As a Technical Business Analyst, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will work closely with clients, architects, and development teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements, ensuring that business objectives are effectively translated into system functionalities. This role requires a strong understanding of software systems, SaaS models, and technical documentation, along with excellent analytical and communication skills.


Responsibilities
You will be working as a Technical Business Analyst in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and seamless execution of project requirements. You would be required to participate in requirement gathering sessions, technical discussions, and client presentations.


Your key Responsibilities will include:


Conducting detailed requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation for client projects. Performing feasibility analysis by studying third-party APIs, their parameters, endpoints, and integration capabilities. Defining application architecture, including frontend, backend, database, and server components. Translating business needs into functional and technical specifications, ensuring alignment between clients and development teams. Preparing and maintaining project documentation such as DFDs, ERDs, Class Diagrams, User Flowcharts, State Diagrams, FRDs, SRS, WBS, Wireframes, and SOWs. Working with project teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented as per client expectations. Preparing and delivering presentations and demonstrations to clients. Collaborating with QA and development teams during requirement validation and UAT phases. Continuously analyzing processes to recommend improvements for efficiency and scalability.
Required Skills

Primary Technical Skills:

Proven experience (3+ years) as a Technical Business Analyst in software development or IT consulting. Strong understanding of SaaS-based application architectures and deployment models. Good knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.) and their ideal use cases. Proficiency in creating comprehensive documentation -- including FRD, SRS, Wireframes, WBS, and flow diagrams. Experience with API integrations, reading API documentation, and conducting feasibility studies. Excellent understanding of system architecture, UI/UX flow, and software lifecycle management. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills for client interactions.

Secondary Technical Skills:

Exposure to Agile and Scrum methodologies. Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Lucidchart, or Draw.io. Knowledge of data modeling, UML, and version control systems. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
