We are looking for a Business Analyst (BA) who will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution, ensuring our projects run smoothly and deliver maximum value.

Key Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering & Analysis

Engage with stakeholders to understand and document business needs.

Draft proposals, prepare BRD (Business Requirement Documents), and functional specifications.

Define workflows, business processes, and system logic.

Team Collaboration & Communication

Clearly explain requirements and expectations to the development team.

Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and exception scenarios.

Manage daily team tasks and ensure clarity to avoid confusion or rework.

Be a team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Project & Task Management

Track project progress and provide daily updates to management.

Assist in defining timelines, deliverables, and priorities.

Ensure alignment between client expectations and technical delivery.

AI-Driven Efficiency

Use AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and minimize manual effort.

Continuously explore AI-powered solutions to improve workflows and reporting.
