Responsibilities:

Conducting meetings and interviews to gather requirements from business stakeholders Performing process analysis and documentation through methods like flowcharts Identifying process inefficiencies and recommending solutions Researching and evaluating software, tools and automation options Creating detailed requirements documentation and specifications Supporting solution design, testing and implementation Preparing reports, presentations and business cases Managing projects and product delivery schedules Communicating with various stakeholders and team members

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in the IT industry. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze significant amounts of information. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with stakeholders. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management principles.
