Business Analyst

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements. Create and manage user stories, epics, and tasks in Jira, by defining acceptance criteria. Design and document how a system, process, or product should work, so it's easy to understand and build it correctly Assist in validating that delivered solutions align with business requirements by supporting User Acceptance Testing. Develop and maintain detailed documentation Be a part of Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-up meetings.

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. 2 to 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software development. Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for issue tracking, workflow management, and reporting Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to translate technical requirements into actionable business insights. Location: Gandhinagar(work from office)
