WITHIN YOUR TEAM The Business Application Team embodies the interaction between business & IT, supports the transformation to a Digital organization and operates on a global basis and frequently interacts with business stakeholders globally on the one hand and with development resources (internal/external) on the other hand. THIS JOB IS A UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY TO: The Business Application acts as supplier, Business Partner and ultimately Growth Enabler for the Business. The Business Application Analyst leads the change management process for the front-end applications and introduces enhancements in support of the business, and other business value-added feature requests. WITHIN YOUR ROLE, YOU WILL: You translate business processes and requirements into our front-end applications including systems integrations and recommended ISV\'s or best of breed solutions You contribute to the transformation from the legacy systems to our front-end solutions and establish a global web architecture by integrating solutions across functional lines globally You organise user groups and build a network with functional management to identify areas wherethe applicationscan support and enhance business processes You work closely with external partners and subcontractors You ensure that necessary business approvals for the change management process are received on a global level You work with developers to design and test extensions to the application functionality, write requirements and validate the quality of the implementation. You lead the escalation handling: raise the flag, take ownership, propose action plan to direct peers in Corporate IT and with other internal stakeholders or external partners You lead in developing, implementing and maintaining policies, procedures, and supporting documentation You maintain project team accomplishments by establishing and monitoring milestones communicating essential information coordinating actions obtaining expert input reviewing open issues and action items contributing information to team meetings and reports You troubleshoot questions/problems from the user community (based on good business process knowledge) POSITIONING: From whom do you receive direction: Technical Application Manager You will be part of a team located in India and consisting of Sitecore + .Net developers and a QA engineer WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PROFESSIONAL WHO HAS: You have a bachelor or master degree, preferably with an Economics or computer science background You have strong knowledge in business processes (Marketing, Ecommerce) You have minimum 3-5 years\' experience in a business analysis role in Sitecore CMS based websites and general .NET front end applications You have knowledge in an API led architecture, XML and Json formats You can communicate ideas clearly and effectively both in speaking and writing You have influencing skills which gives you the ability to establish and maintain effective business relationships with business units and other associates You are fluent in English, both written & spoken Experience to write basic SQL DB queries is a plus Experience with System integration is a plus Experience with Salesforce is a plus OUR CORE VALUES: We empower creativity and unconventional thinking to help us uncover breakthrough solutions and accelerate the pace of innovation.
