Gather and document business requirements for enhancements or new functionality in the Ingenium system.
Analyze life insurance processes and translate them into functional specifications.
Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment.
Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and support solution design.
Participate in system testing, UAT support, and user training.
Prepare documentation including BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and user manuals.
Required Skills:
Strong understanding of Ingenium policy administration system.
In-depth knowledge of life insurance and annuity products.
Experience in preparing business and functional documentation.
Proficient in requirement gathering, impact analysis, and process mapping.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
Exposure to policy migration, Pathfinder, or system modernization projects.
Familiarity with SQL for data validation and analysis.
