Overview:

Business Analyst - Finacle Treasury for Banking Project

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the Finacle Treasury system aligns with the bank's strategic objectives, regulatory requirements, and operational needs.


Responsibilities:

Requirement Gathering & Analysis

: Collaborate with treasury stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements related to treasury operations.

Solution Design

: Develop functional specifications and design documents for treasury modules within the Finacle system, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

System Configuration & Testing

: Configure Finacle Treasury modules and conduct thorough testing (unit, integration, and user acceptance) to ensure system reliability and performance.

Stakeholder Communication

: Serve as a liaison between business units and IT teams, facilitating clear communication and understanding of system functionalities and enhancements.

Process Improvement

: Identify opportunities for process optimization within treasury operations and recommend system enhancements to improve efficiency and reduce errors.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
Essential skills:

Strong understanding of Finacle Treasury modules, including Forex, Money Market, Fixed Income, and Derivatives.
Desired skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
Experience in managing projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Experience:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking sector, with a focus on treasury systems and Finacle Core Banking.
