We're looking for a

Business Analyst Expert

who can combine operational insight with technical expertise to enhance our fleet management ecosystem. This role demands a deep understanding of fleet processes, strong analytical abilities, and experience collaborating across business and technology teams to deliver efficient, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering & Analysis

Engage with business stakeholders to collect, clarify, and translate requirements into functional and technical documentation.
Identify challenges in current fleet management workflows and recommend system-based or process-level improvements.
Define clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and data requirements for development teams.

Fleet Systems Optimization

Analyze fleet operations, including maintenance scheduling, fuel tracking, asset utilization, and compliance.
Support the integration and enhancement of telematics or fleet management software to improve visibility and control.
Work closely with technical teams to ensure system solutions align with operational needs.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Serve as a liaison between business users, product owners, developers, and QA teams to ensure shared understanding and alignment.
Facilitate workshops, sprint planning sessions, and review meetings in an Agile environment.
Communicate complex findings and system implications in clear, actionable terms.

Testing & Validation

Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to verify that solutions meet business requirements.
Track and resolve issues, document findings, and ensure system readiness before deployment.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

Develop dashboards and reports to track fleet performance metrics and operational KPIs.
Use data-driven insights to optimize fleet efficiency, reduce downtime, and enhance cost-effectiveness.
Continuously improve business analysis frameworks, documentation standards, and tools.

Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
3-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in

Fleet Management

,

Logistics

, or

Transportation

.
Strong knowledge of

SDLC

and

Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)

.

Technical & Analytical Skills

Proficiency with tools like

JIRA

,

Confluence

, and

MS Visio

(or similar).
Strong command of process mapping, gap analysis, and business process re-engineering.
Familiarity with fleet software, GPS tracking, and telematics systems preferred.

Soft Skills

Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication abilities.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
Proactive and detail-oriented, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Preferred Certifications

Business Analysis or Agile certifications (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, CSM, or SAFe) are advantageous.
