Duties and Responsibilities: -

Knowledge about current business environmental flow process.

Understanding ERP-Next implementation thoroughly and coordinate with vendor/client/customer.

Analyse Customer's business processes & identify the right solution

Requirement and scope documentation task

Handle Demo, Training, and Advice on best practices for utilizing ERP-Next functionality.

Resolving issues: Identifying gaps in the Software, reporting to the development team, and verifying the work meets our client's specifications.

Support post-Go-Live, enhance quickness in working style.

Key Skills :

Knowledge in sales, purchase, manufacturing, finance, and accounting.

Experience in any ERP system additional plus (SAP, ERP Next, Oracle...)

Must have strong communication skills to work with business counterparts globally.

Experience in a project delivery role

Strong skills in problem-solving, teamwork, training sessions, communication, and time management.
