: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in the education domain to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of relevant experience, possessing a deep understanding of educational processes, systems, and technologies in the Indian context. As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and implementation of innovative solutions to enhance teaching and learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with client to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to educational products and services.
- Conduct thorough research and data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the education sector.
- Develop comprehensive business cases, feasibility studies, and project plans to support decision-making and project prioritization.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure the successful deployment of solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of educational products and services, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes impacting the education sector in India.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, Education, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 5-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the education domain.
- Strong knowledge of educational systems, processes, and technologies in India.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies, such as BPMN, UML, and Agile.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is desirable.
