Job Title : Business Analyst - EDI

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create and maintain successful relationships with Customers to better understand claims and clinical interface and validation needs
• Provide expertise on receiving data from disparate sources
• Work with cross functional client teams to meet interface mapping and validation needs
• Perform risk management pertaining to interfaces to maximize client implementation success
• Track any/all open interface issues, working internally with claims and clinical development resources
• Actively work with all Customers and Client project team members to resolve open interface implementation items
• Monitor ongoing and report on regular data transmission for errors or issues (did it get staged, get into UI) communicate to Customer
• Report and escalate support issues as appropriate to Management
• Ensure Interfaces are completed within agreed upon project schedule timelines
• Review validation reports and address any discrepancies with the Customer

QUALIFYING JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Proven working experience in interface implementation and/or working with claims (EDI X12 - 835, 837 I/P/D) & clinical data within the Healthcare Industry
• Payor/Provider Background preferred
• Knowledge of value-based care, population health a plus
• Accustomed to Customer-facing roles
• Ability to speak to all levels within an organization
• Outstanding communication skills
• Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Working knowledge of SQL
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven experience managing relationships with Customers technical and analytical team members
