We are seeking a strong Business / Process Analyst with proven experience in insurance and claims. The ideal candidate should be capable of defining processes, eliciting and documenting requirements, and bridging the gap between business and technology with a techno-functional approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze, define, and optimize business processes within insurance and claims.
Gather, elicit, and document user stories and functional requirements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented.
Act as a liaison between business users and IT teams for claims-related initiatives.
Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
Key Requirements:
7-8 years of experience as a Business/Process Analyst.
Strong background in insurance and claims (life/health experience preferred but not mandatory).
Hands-on experience in documenting business requirements and user stories.
Strong techno-functional skillset with ability to interact with both business and technical stakeholders.
Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
