- Role: Business Analyst - Digital Marketing- Location: Bangalore- Experience: 1-3 years- Employment Type: Full-Time, PermanentAbout the Role:We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing campaign performance across multiple channels, generating actionable insights, and driving data-based decisions to improve ROI across Google Ads, Meta, Programmatic, Affiliates, TikTok, DSPs, and more.Roles & Responsibilities:- Collect, analyze, and interpret campaign performance data across multiple digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Affiliates, Legacy channels, etc.).- Track and monitor key performance metrics such as CTR, CR, ROI, CAC, LTV, impressions, conversions, and other revenue KPIs.- Collaborate with the AVP - Global Digital Marketing and regional marketing teams to optimize campaigns and recommend budget reallocations.- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations to share insights with regional marketing heads across Asia, ME, Africa, LATAM, and Europe.- Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify growth opportunities, performance gaps, and potential risks.- Support forecasting, budgeting, and ROI modeling for global campaigns.- Partner with cross-functional teams - including Business, Program Management, Analytics, MIS, Product, and Finance - to align on performance goals.- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting and marketing platforms.- Monitor competitor performance, industry benchmarks, and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency.Required Skills:- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL.- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Google Data Studio.- Understanding of digital marketing channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Programmatic, Affiliate, TikTok, and Video Ads.- Experience with marketing analytics platforms such as Google Analytics (GA4), AppsFlyer, or similar.- Familiarity with A/B testing, attribution modeling, and user funnel analysis.- Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.- Highly detail-oriented with a problem-solving approach and ability to work under tight timelines.Qualification:- BE/B.Tech or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred).- 1-3 years of experience in business analysis, performance marketing, or digital analytics.- Prior experience in a digital marketing agency, telecom, gaming, e-commerce, or SaaS environment is preferred.Why Join Us:- Opportunity to work on high-impact global campaigns with large-scale budgets and millions of users.- Exposure to cutting-edge marketing tools and data-driven growth strategies.- Collaborative, result-driven team focused on continuous learning and innovation.- A growth-oriented environment offering ownership, autonomy, and real impact.
